2024 Oakland Black Cowboys Parade



A Safe Place participation  in the Annual Black Cowboys Parade.  Staff was on hand to provide information, and speak to the community about domestic violence.  This outreach activity gives the agency an opportunity to talk about domestic violence and intimate partner abuse.
